We are pleased with holding of today's symposium heartily.

Kumamoto bar association is sincere, and they are usually very grateful to wrestling for solution to various social problems.

In addition, as qualified consumer organization where injunction is accepted in "NPO corporation consumers support net Kumamoto" of consumers damage have preventing wrestle positively, and attention please by thanks heartily.

By the way, this prefecture was attacked over twice in last April by major earthquake with a seismic intensity of 7 that we had not ever experienced. Many holy lives were lost by this earthquake and suffered serious damage in prefecture as far as it was wide.

We are pushing forward chief approach based on "Kumamoto restoration, revival 4 ka year strategy" that assumed basic policy that we devised after decision of prefectural assembly that is "creation of new Kumamoto who ties assets to be able to strongly boast of to disaster in the next generation, and overflows in dream" basic principles now in prefecture.

And we raise "... granting creation - relief, hope of living filled with hope for relief" as one of the strategic pillars for these four years.

Soon after the earthquake disaster, much consultation is sent to prefecture consumer service center and, including bar association, are having you carry out specialized consultation correspondence including free legal aid service.

In symposium being held by "right relief of consumers from the issue of double loan" by main theme, we are stouthearted at all and feel for revival from earthquake disaster today in such inside.

We will promote consumer administration continuously continuously to take good care of each citizens of the prefecture even if we get up in prefecture, and to make environment to protect rich everyday life, and to support.

We are thinking that close cooperation of the person concerned and administration including all of you is extremely important to cope with the issue of consumers becoming diversification, complexity in that appropriately.

Cooperation of related organizations, group becomes stronger, and, taking the opportunity of this symposium, a little over one level of activity is made, and of consumers damage of citizens of the prefecture including victim prevent, and extended prevention, recovery of loss expect what is planned.

Finally I wish you good health and a happiness of all of participation today and do with greetings from prefecture.
