1. Supporting target requirements
It is for one corresponding to all of (4) from next (1).
(1) Prefecture which house which resided by oneself suffers by Kumamoto earthquake, and has existing home loan pertaining to the damaged house from the hatsuwazawai (April 14, 2016) past.
(2) One that contracted new home loans more than 3 million yen for the rebuilding of house which resided by oneself in the prefecture.
(3) Day that there is existing home loan pertaining to damaged house of (1) more than 5 million yen as of the pre-end of the month when we contracted new home loan.
(4) Person (case to need thing corresponding to the same household is excluded.) with less than 7,800,000 yen of taxable income amount of money in the previous year (when the acquisition of income certificate of the last year is difficult the year before last) who belongs on day when we contracted new home loan
With "existing home loan"
For fund which we borrowed for the purpose of new construction, the enlargement of house, construction, the purchase, extension and/or alteration of house and repair, the purchase of residential land pertaining to house which resided or repair from financial institutions, we did loan agreement on before April 14, 2016.
With "new home loan"
For fund which we borrowed for the purpose of new construction, the enlargement of house, construction, the purchase, extension and/or alteration of house and repair, the purchase of residential land pertaining to house which resided or repair from financial institutions, we did loan agreement by March 31, 2020 on after April 15, 2016.

From March 21, 2017 to the end of 2019 (March, 2020)
※Please apply as much as possible within three months after contracting new home loan.
