 [urgently!] Consumers trouble warning 66th 

 Consultations about "fiction request" that postcard named "suit last office action is sent to for general consumption rate nonpayment" by person giving "civil action control center" increase.

 

  • Recent example

    ・For "general consumption rate nonpayment postcard titled suit last office action suit number so 355" arrived, but there is not mention about concrete condition and amount of money at all, unfamiliar.
    ・Because "there was rate nonpayment, we filed suit. We seize property without communication." Postcard which the effect was listed in arrived. We have no idea at all without it being revealed what rate is unpaid from mention contents.
    ※ In addition, there is much consultation such as imaginary request by SMS or imaginary request ('one-click charge' fraud) from adult site and is put.
     

Advice to consumers

◎We do not make a call in a hurry
  Please never contact even if written, "contact by date". Request from supplier may escalate.

◎We do not pay immediately
  Even if it is written that we fan uneasiness including "it comes to support lawyer", please do not pay "filing a suit" immediately.
 Cases that it is difficult to regain are often found once when we pay. When we are uneasy, let's talk with the following public institution.

◎We have courage that we continue ignoring
  Faithful person is said with straightness, but we remain and cope and may encounter damage. Even if skillful mention is accomplished so much,

 It is important to ignore calmly if innocent.

We accept Kumamoto earthquake-related consumer life consultation at 3:00 p.m. from 10:00 a.m. on second Sunday. (only as for the telephone)
