 [urgently!] Consumers trouble warning 67th 

 We give administrative officer and say, "there is refundment money of medical expenses." and are going to get account number, and consultation about "refund fraud" that is going to let you transfer money from ATM increases.

 

  • Recent example

    ・Introduce itself as "staff of city hall medical insurance section or staff of prefectural office National Health Insurance elderly person medical care section", "does notice of refund not arrive from city hall? Telephone to tell to want you to tell account number because there was refundment money of medical expenses suffered.

    ・There is telephone which gives its administrative officer, "want to perform to ATM because there is refundment money. , we want number to appoint if we reach ATM to call  

  •  It was ordered.

  • ※ We intend to be doing procedure to have refund receive money for the person when we operate ATM according to instructions of the other party, but are trick that, actually, we are made to remit to the other party.

    ※ Elderly people more than 60s are aimed at in particular.
     

Advice to consumers

◎We hang up once

 We confirm for administration (city halls) which the other party gave after anything hung up once without answering.

◎We talk with reliable person

 We do not act in just what we were said (ordered) and at first talk with family and the police, consumer service center if I doubt and feel with a little.

◎We utilize functions such as display or answering machine of telephone

 We are rolled up in pace of the plausible other party and are often deceived once when we talk. We utilize function of telephone and are effective means for it not to be deceived that we do not appear on telephone which we had from number not to know.

※  Administration may not make a call about refund. (we hear account number and may not tell ATM to go.)

 Please consult with Consumer Center, consumer life consultation counter of prefecture and the municipalities if we think that it is even slightly doubtful.

        (consultation time: from 9:00 a.m. on weekdays to 5:00 p.m.)

 We accept Kumamoto earthquake-related consumer life consultation at 3:00 p.m. from 10:00 a.m. on second Sunday. (only as for the telephone)

In addition, we carry out free legal aid service by lawyer and judicial scrivener.
