We are careful about "theater type invitation"!

 Plural characters appear and are going to cheat consumers out of money because each totally plays position like drama

□Example

Notice of filing a suit if we did not pay non-payment from person who gave ž "civil action control center" by date arrived. After becoming uneasy, and calling to the sender, "can introduce the lawyer to person in charge. It was ordered saying we want the person to call. After calling according to instructions, person giving lawyer to person in charge leaves; and "100,000 yen is necessary for discontinuance of lawsuit. But it was said, 100,000 yen is refunded later.

□Advice to consumers

◎We talk with reliable person

 It is the best to ignore request having no idea, but courage is to judge so from one oneself. "Possibly is there anything?…It is human psychology "and thought, we contact, and to want to check. This trick abuses the psychology. You do not act in just what you were said (ordered) and at first should talk with family and the police, consumer service center if I doubt and feel with a little.

◎We utilize functions such as display or answering machine of telephone

We are rolled up in pace of the plausible other party and are often deceived once when we talk. We utilize function of telephone and are effective means for it not to be deceived that we do not appear on telephone which we had from number not to know.

Please consult with Consumer Center, consumer life consultation counter of prefecture and the municipalities if we think that it is even slightly doubtful.

 We accept Kumamoto earthquake-related consumer life consultation at 3:00 p.m. from 10:00 a.m. on second Sunday. (only as for the telephone)
