We proposed with intention of "one time of trial", but consultation that became "the periodical purchase" increases. We repeat carefulness carefully, and let's confirm condition and cancellation of a contract condition before proposing by Internet mail order.

□Example

It was revealed that it was purchased for four times of fixed periods only after product which we proposed arriving by intention of one time of ž trial by the Internet. Indication of being "the periodical purchase" did not notice with application screen. We are not connected though we call proprietor to cancel share after the second.

 

□Main problems

・ About condition and cancellation of a contract condition including not being able to cancel homepage during being the periodical purchase and periodical purchase period, is hard to recognize for consumers; is displayed. (as a result, the above-mentioned amount that we assumed when we proposed will be demanded.)

・ Call is not readily connected, and there is not reply, and company and communication are not produced even if we send email.

 

□Advice to consumers

◎Let's confirm condition and cancellation of a contract condition well before proposing

Carefulness that we print the last confirmation screen of application and take screenshot and do and record is demanded. Mail order does not have cooling off system and must be engaged in indication of homepage about the cancellation of a contract and returned goods. "We did not know being the periodical purchase. Is products not to like; of reason does not work, and let's warn as naturally is not the cancellation of a contract and thing which can return goods to.

 ◎Let's leave record in communication with proprietor

Because we contact, but were not connected, there is case that is over cancellation of a contract period. As act and deed that they informed proprietor of, records such as telephone, fax email will leave.
