With the enforcement of "law about promotion such as cancer registration" (we say "cancer registration promotion law" as follows), it was started from 28, Heisei one a year a year one day a month.
・ Data of which cancer was diagnosed by will be unified by database of country even if they receive diagnosis by cancer registration promotion law at all hospitals and what hospitals in what was required to report information about cancer affection about medical office (※) which received designation of prefecture regardless of residential area of the whole country.
※Designation of medical office receives presentation of written application for designation from medical office to hope for and performs.

・ Medical office which received designation of prefecture bears presentation duty such as report votes. We perform designation of medical office based on application of establisher of medical office.
Establisher of medical office where application is hoped for, please submit "written application for designation in National Cancer Registry" of the following publication.
