About landowner report of the forest

When we acquired land of the forest, report is necessary

By forest law revision of April, 2011, as for the forest which became landowner, subsequent report to head of municipality was required after April 1, 2012.

Report eligible people

Regardless of individual, corporation, person who acquired land of the forest by buying and selling or the inheritance newly must report regardless of area.

But person submitting report of land sales contract based on National Land Use Planning Law is inapplicable.

Period for report

Within 90 days from day that became landowner, please tell the head of the municipalities with land which you acquired.

Matter

We list use of land in notification form with cause of ownership transfer, the location place, area of land on name and address of scholar of report and the former owner, the date that became owner. Copying of documents found to have acquired right including matter to be registered certificate (possible as for copying) or land sales contract as attached documents, drawing indicating position of land are necessary.
