About review of bulletin system (the June, 2016 enforcement)

  Building Standard Law was revised on June 4, 2014, and revised bulletin system was enforced on June 1, 2016.

With bulletin system

 It is necessary to prevent damage by appropriate maintenance of building keeping in good condition because big damage might occur for defect, malfunction of building about buildings which it is hard to evacuate by oneself, and person uses by going to bed use such as building or elderly person whom the unspecified number of people use.
 Therefore we let engineer making a specialty of regularly inspect investigation for building, building facilities, fire prevention equipment, elevator as structure securing appropriate maintenance maintenance of building in Building Standard Act and oblige owners of building to letting you report the result to identification administrative agency.
 By inspecting, in this system, oneself such as owners grasps defect, malfunction such as buildings investigation appropriately, and identification administrative agency which received report decides by to take necessary measure depending on the contents, plan safe security of user of building.

 ※Building will report "inspection" result to "investigation" result, building facilities, fire prevention equipment, elevator, game facility.

 ※As for the building, building facilities, fire prevention equipment, elevator, game facility becomes report "every year" "every three years".

With specific administrative agency

 When it is each mayor concerned, and there is in other municipalities when "specific administrative agency" is administrative agency having authority such as permission or the authorization based on Building Standard Act, and there is in Kumamoto-shi, Yatsushiro-shi and Amakusa-shi in Kumamoto, it is Governor Kumamoto.

With specialized engineer

 With "specialized engineer", we have any of the following qualification as provided in Building Standard Act.

  ・ First class authorized architect
  ・ The second class authorized architect
  ・ Person having qualification that the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport establishes
     ・ Building : Special-use building investigator
     ・ Building facilities : Building facilities examiner

     ・ Fire prevention equipment : Fire prevention equipment examiner
     ・ Elevator and game facility : Examiners such as elevators

(6)  Store, restaurant, game center, public bath, restaurant, coffee, cabaret, nightclub, bar, dance hall, waiting for, exhibit space that run department store, market, article dealership

The totals of floor space of the use on ii) the second floor concerned are 500 square meters or more

The totals of floor space of iii) object use are 3,000 square meters or more

(7) Office The totals of floor space of part to offer in use to be similar to these office or other with building with number of floors 5 or more exceed 1,000 square meters 

※Part to offer in target use in 1 floor on the third floor or above removes 100 square meters of followings

※Part to offer in target use in 2 basements part removes 100 square meters of followings 

※House for elderly people with 3 services, dementia elderly person group home, person with a disability group home, obstetrical facility, infant home, person with a disability entrance facility, midwifery home,

   Guide dog training facility, aid station, rehabilitation facilities, old man short-term entrance facility, office of small scale multifunctional model home care, nursing small scale multifunctional model home care,

   Elderly Citizens' Day Service Center (thing providing accommodation service is best.) Nursing home for the elderly, special elderly nursing home, economical life-care facility,

   Pay nursing home, maternal and child health facility, person with a disability support facility, the welfare home, welfare of persons with disabilities service business (autogenics with use of going to bed or working shift support)

  Primary user removes thing which is resident of the house concerned or dwelling unit.)
・It is thing for sightseeing by passenger use elevator as workpiece
 (we remove thing to offer for one of general traffic.)

・Elevator for exclusive use of parcel of floor type

(2) Escalator
