Significance of treaty

 We reduce artificial discharge of global mercury by pollution having possibilities to advance on a global scale, and developed country and developing country cooperating about mercury which decrease of the use and discharge is not still seen in in developing country, and working by general measures in every aspect such as supply, use, discharge, disposal of mercury worldwide and aim at prevention of global mercury contamination commencing with transported pollution.
