Explanation of procedure

In having manager for first grade, second explosives handling preservation certificate, we lose the certificate and are damage or application procedure to receive regranting of certificate when we were stolen.

2 examination, certificate making
It is redelivered certificate by 3 applicants
 

Submission documents

Manager for 1 first grade, second explosives handling preservation certificate regranting application
Report of 2 certificate originals or loss (when there is not the certificate original by the loss or stealing) 
3 application fees: 2,400 yen
 ※Please return without delay if you discover certificate lost after the certificate regranting.
