It is one of the pillars of "the third Kumamoto community-based welfare support plan"

The third plan
We promote "local relationship gawazukuri" as one of the main measures of "the third Kumamoto community-based welfare support plan" (March, 2016 development).

Direction where community-based welfare in the future should advance by the first plan in mind "comprehensivization of the welfare" of "the welfare" and "town development" fused.

By the second plan, we promoted three pillars including "local relationship gawazukuri" sequentially and pushed forward approach that stood in viewpoint of town development.

We make use of resources of community-based welfare called "local relationship gawa" which we built while we promote the first and second plan and aim at "town development of the Kumamoto type welfare" by the third plan.
