Precaution when we ask for collection and purchase of discarded things

Please be careful in future as it is expected that consumers trouble occurs on disposing of discarded things caused by disaster.

 

Consultation example in past disaster                                      

・Supplier comes to house suddenly, and "are there discarded things and oversized garbage? After being said, we will collect for a fee, and asking as we had trouble with disposal, we received large amount of request after the work.
"Collection charges" (disposal charges) were requested from supplier who performed discarded things "purchase" to dispose of discarded things caused by disaster without after asking in net, having you buy.

  

Correspondence advice to consumers                             

When we ask for collection of discarded things, we confirm estimate amount of money by all means beforehand, and let's get quotation.
When only case and vague answer that cannot understand amount of money are provided, you should refrain from requests (contract).
It is effective we take estimate out of several companies, and to compare.
Let's confirm well before asking whether it is supplier who performs "purchase" whether you perform "collection".
When we do not know disposal method of oversized garbage, let's ask the house ino municipalities.
