About appropriate management of grease trap (grease intercepting device, oils and fats separation tank)

... to ask for to all of ... restaurant, food production and sales, the hotels that kitchen facility is managed

Because we cook a large quantity of ingredients and wash tableware, for oils and fats is included a lot in drainage from kitchen facilities such as production store, hotel, inn, hospitals such as restaurant (including restaurant, Chinese restaurant, ramen restaurant) and lunch, Japanese and Western cake, bread.
In these facilities, setting of grease trap (grease intercepting device, oils and fats separation tank) is required by the sewer regulations of regulations (1975 Ministry of Construction notification No. 1597) about Building Standard Law and each municipality and septic tank handling essential point.
However, we let drainage pipe clog up and produce bad smell and pest if we do not do maintenance that grease trap is appropriate and reduce processing capacity of Purification Center of septic tank and the sewer and not only it is very insanitary, but also becomes cause to pollute river and the sea.
To prevent these, about periodical cleaning of grease trap and appropriate maintenance please.
