 In Kumamoto, various child care support systems to support such staff are substantial.

 For the making of working environment that the staff during child care is easy to commit, we put up all agencies and wrestle.

 In current Finance Division, we are in charge of compilation of the budget of the prefecture. We organize degree, original budget through one year every year, but, in the prefecture, organize revised budget depending on disaster recovery efforts or sudden circumstances in the middle of the year. Particularly, about formation of original budget, we push forward work until the middle of the night in three months, Mainichi which sandwiched New Year holidays in the whole section.
 In addition, we are in charge of calculation work of local grant tax, duties about the annual revenue including duties about the fee for use and fee of the prefecture.
 People of charge bureau will make up business corresponding to problem that the prefecture faces and problem that must be settled, but, through compilation of the budget, are that work of Finance Division does the logistical support now.
 In addition, in last year, we were engaged in jobs of national model market public issue "kida mon bonds which Kumamoto liked" which utilized "mascot" as one of the loan flotation for the first time in the whole country. Worked with KUMAMON for the first time, but can send to the whole country thanks to KUMAMON of loved popular person from anyone from favorable reception mine, Kumamoto from of individual investors of the whole country including this prefecture; came to work.

 

Work that remains in impression until now?

 We proceed to Ueki-cho (existing Kumamoto-shi) before merger, and experience that worked as representative from plan finance system council (the section manager of plan finances) is very impressive.
 It is the financial whole and town development-related duties and merger problem with Kumamoto-shi where investigation workshop for merger was just installed in in those days that were in charge.

Reason that wanted to be prefectural officials?

 After all it may be charm of work of "it is public" that is the biggest. This is because there was expectation to have possibilities to work of various fields from having thought that work to save "people who are in trouble in something" is worthwhile and width area of work of the prefectural office.
 In addition, it was desired factor that there were relatively many numbers of woman who worked until retirement age as for the public employee while there were few workplaces where woman was continued committing for a long time still more.
 

Charm and worth doing of prefectural officials?

 As work of the prefecture is wide, we think that it is big charm that can experience various work. In addition, we feel that it is attractive that it is felt that is needed that is helpful that few, it is said, and duties that oneself was in charge of by work good for "people who are in trouble in something" is doing the world in direction.
 

What is my work-life balance?

 Public employee may be strong in impression to be able to come back in ordinary, but thinks that there is not readily in such situation even if we look around the neighborhood. Person who could return prepared for meeting and dinner early while making the most of extended childcare and schoolchild childcare of nursery school about child care, and sharing with husband. Child did that we took a rest by turns each other in half day at the time of disease well. This is because work has few troubles, and it finishes this method each other.
 When child was small, we decided place that "person of the circumference could respond tomorrow even if we would take a rest suddenly" and put yoni, document of work that you must do tomorrow and listed progress and we prepared every day so that person as a substitute for somebody processed and returned.

Message to applicant!

 Work is not at all personal play of somebody and thinks that we push forward by power of organization. Therefore, as for the important thing, there is individuality to each one of organization. And we recognize the variety and think that it is to be able to show power.
 Do you not show "individuality" of everybody in Kumamoto?

Work in charge of now?

State of duties
 We are in charge of working support of woman mainly. Specifically, it is the career up training, class and seminar for working environment improvement, continuation working support (adviser dispatch) of parental leave acquisitor.
 Myself return from child care leave, and it is working woman, and there are one for support including problem facing and a lot of parts piled up. We wrestle for duties with feeling to want to do thought "there being such a support" that we notice now of the person concerned in form well.
 If "it was connected to skill up" has forward voice including "we want to keep that we learned alive for duties" from time when support object led to continuation working and student attending a lecture, we feel worth doing in particular.
 

Work that remains in impression until now?

 We were in charge of welfare (caseworker) in Aso Area Promotion Bureau employee services which became the first branch office duty and realized difficulty of government affairs, weight of responsibilities of prefectural officials again.
 It was basic posture that public employee worked on duties with fair fairness, but, about difficulty of government affairs, problem and difficulty that citizen of the prefecture had learned that it was difficult from problem and solution of difficulty by judgment that various, was uniform. And there was not, or other methods were bent days what was made as administration to solve the part which did not reach an understanding.
 In addition, when we are consulted about welfare about weight of responsibilities, as well as National Assistance Act, we have the elderly person welfare, the person with a disability welfare, the mother and the child widow welfare, knowledge of the welfare whole including child welfare and wide knowledge such as pension, loan system and look for the best method for consultant and support. This suggestion is heavy work of responsibility to greatly influence the later life of welfare recipients and consultant. And support that we accepted for stage such as maintaining health to fix working support, life rhythm if we do not build relationship of mutual trust with welfare recipients and consultant let alone knowledge is not realized. We visited frequence which asked oneself a lot of stories and were days of trial and error as person vs. person. "I want to do as prefectural officials well from now on" if have thank-you note from which twists and turns were located within before working leads to independence at the future; was able to prepare. The experience becomes basics of posture on working on work now.
 Citizen of the prefecture keeps in mind not to forget viewpoint what is expected as for what kind of difficulty and worrying one or prefectural officials and wrestles for daily duties.
 

Reason that wanted to be prefectural officials?

 University was outside the prefecture, but, at the age of university student, participated in volunteer activity of town development. We could have pride in area by rediscovering their local resources which lived, and reconfirming and, also, smile of who participated shined and was activity that was forward at all, and was attractive. And activation of town was planned by power (collaboration) of power + administration of inhabitants.
 We wanted to wrestle for activation while valuing charm, area resources of Kumamoto from such an experience in Kumamoto of hometown and wanted to be the prefecture.
 

Charm and worth doing of prefectural officials?

 Prefectural government includes a lot of difficult problems, but feels that everybody puts power together and works because Kumamoto leaves for better direction. Duties at hand can realize that it is sincere, and Kumamoto leaves for good direction by wrestling and feel worth doing.
 In addition, I am administrative occupation, but I move every about three years and am in charge of new duties. There is serious aspect, but daily life is study, and oneself can grow up, too. Encounter with new person and land is stimulated.
 

About child care support system that we used (teiru)?

・It is before and after delivery: Before childbirth, after giving birth vacation (four months), parental leave (one year one month)
・After the return: Child care time vacation (90 minutes/day), exception (15 minutes/day) of break, care leave (child in the case of fever, disease) of child
 
 In addition, we participate in child care cafe (once a month holding) that the staff of parental leave average and child care average can interchange. We may hear talk "that it is hard to actually use even if there is system", but workplaces is cooperative at the Kumamoto prefectural office and uses system with atmosphere that it is easy to acquire in peace.
 

What is my work-life balance?

 We think that there is work-centered time at time when specific gravity of time except work grows big while we work. Kumamoto prefectural government office has child care and care, other various vacation systems and thinks that environment that can balance life with work is set. However, there is sometimes boundary only by system and own effort and thanks support of husband struggling for work and domestic coexistence as well as me every day at such time very much.
 The center of time except work is child care, but knowledge, experience that it got while we take care of our baby think and value encounters with person and want to connect them with enhancement of work contents now.
  

Atmosphere of the workplace?

 Because child is still small, we may take a rest accidentally when child is in poor physical condition, but at first is anxious about physical condition of child if it looks like it. And follow of urgent work is job that is easy to act very much to have you cooperate.
 In addition, by daily work, we do information sharing, information exchange in group and talk with each other and think that it is the good workplace of ventilation to take communication positively.

 It is words that the boss (woman) at the time gave to during child care leave. "Coexistence of work and child care is great, and we grow one size big if we get over this time though we do not come to often think, and we are better, let's try hard of oneself because we can work!"
 I try coexistence of work and child care hard now to be able to happen in the future.

Work in charge of now?

 Including the governor, we are in charge of deputy-governor, holding of conference of a government office that each manager discusses about important matter of prefectural government or proofreading of the governor interview, contribution sentence.
 When we have finished working, we feel worth doing at moment to see "smile" of citizens of the prefecture and moment when, "thank you," it is thanked.
   

Work that remains in impression until now?

 It is duties about the issue of illegally parked vehicle of Hiroki Park in Kumamoto-shi in charge of in Kumamoto Civil Engineering Office of the first post (Lake Shimoezu).
 As illegally parked vehicles increased at park parking lot, we judged when we needed removal from the viewpoint of scenery top and security top and we identified owner and taught removal of leaving vehicle in those days.
 We will know various causes including case that case and owner without intention to remove to owner are missing while we push forward specific work of owner. In addition, by affair writes letter because various places throughout the prefecture were dotted with owners, and telephone visited, and asked for removal, and it was necessary to cope without regretting time and trouble.
 Several months later, there was cooperation of co-worker and was able to completely remove leaving vehicle which was ten several. When we went out to the park to play in private on holiday, we were glad above all if we saw figure of family with child who played "smile" happily.
 After all we felt when our work was intended to make somebody "smile".
 

Reason that wanted to be prefectural officials?

 We entered university of Kanto, and, on seeing friend who just left Kumamoto, and found a job, human resources whom we brought up in Kumamoto touched reality that flowed out in outside the prefecture. Because Kumamoto who is hometown is fine, feel that it is necessary for human resources who brought up in Kumamoto to make reverse flow to come back to Kumamoto,; wanted to take part, and wanted to be the prefecture.
 

Charm and worth doing of prefectural officials?

 I felt sympathy for toiukoto words that "public employee was "money" and consultant" with "authority" of Deputy-Governor Taisuke Ono. Attention to "social entrepreneur" gathers in the world, but public employee is the ancestor. And the governor rises from Kumamoto prefectural government office; "can break plate", and mind called (OK = failure on having challenged) roots, and, depending on own way of working, can change society into better direction. It is charm of the Kumamoto staff that is in the "battle front" and thinks that it is worth doing.
 

Atmosphere of the workplace?

 In the Personnel Division human resources training room, they were engaged in work of the new face training and university student internship, but image of "the prefectural office" having examinees and air in fact are another thing at all. We think that there is not the workplace with air of the top (the governor and the boss) permitting challenge (failure) of the staff so that one staff one enthusiasm and ability are high, and Kumamoto prefectural government office is symbolized by words of the governor to "break plate". Of course there is hurdle (standard) which you should clear, is it not valuable even if we compare environment that we can realize when we were going to do something with other places?
  

Words that he/she supported in working?

 There are two words that we left before the boss who was taken care of retires.

  As soon as "we do not know whether it is rain or storm, but take weeds in the paddy field of today's work this autumn" (Sontoku Ninomiya)
  "Reel bo runakare in foresighted plan to mawashi before eyes" (Kazan Watanabe)

 Seemingly when it is two words contradicting, but summarizes for me,
 
  Though "we do not know what happens after this, we make efforts in thing that you should do at hand."
  "You are devoted to thing that you should do at hand and "in the first place" must not forget."
 
deshoka. These are words supporting me and think that the same thing can say to civil service examination.
 We suffered mental anguish while oneself solved one examination question each saying "we will do such a thing why". In such a case, we imagined image that oneself committed on seeing business card of public employee whom we met by seminar activity and kept motivation.
 But small accumulation (number of books of collection of problems that we solved, for example) should turn into "confidence" "which we did only this" after a certain point in time. And the moment comes by all means. We find by oneself that "in the first place" how about (= dream, desired motive) before reaching the moment and strengthen, or is it not important how you can continue piling up "thing that you should do" that therefore is necessary?

About child care support system that we used (teiru)?

・Delivery: Parental leave (one month), child care participation vacation (five days), delivery assistance vacation (three days)
・After the return: Child care time vacation (on 60-90 minutes/day about one year)
・Now :Care leave (child in the case of fever, disease) of child
 

What is my work-life balance?

With child
 In the case of the fourth child delivery, we acquired parental leave, but realized trouble and support of wife only after acquiring. In addition, we noticed that coexistence of work and child care was important as period after we returned to work continued for a longer time only rather than average during period of parental leave.
 Therefore we perform work effectively, and it is necessary to modulate to come home early, and to wrestle. Therefore we come to manage with schedule book diligently at time and we make PC 2 screens and do and raise work efficiency. Home participation in planning of man leads to further achievement of woman. We want to repeat invention from now on to be able to spend limited time for work and housework, child care and hobby.
  

Message to applicant!

 After the graduation from university, we have experience that performed one year ronin in employment. It is to be "to do somebody for smile" that what we felt in that "acts".
"Which work" do you want to create smiles of "whom" by? We think that it is essence of job hunting to choose "target" and "team". And let's share the sense of values with me if good. We go together.
